Very unimpressed with this financial body

I was super unimpressed with the policies and level of service from this bank. It's super inflexible in serving its long-standing clients, especially during such devestating times. Other Ukrainian banks (e.g., Privat Bank) found creative ways to support their clients, not Oschad. It seems Oschad is hard-wired to their cards (which technically is not a financial document), so if the client for whatever reason has no longer hold the bank card or, God forbid, lost the phone associated with the bank account, one basically has no access to one's funds. That's so rediculous that no regular person can comprehend. Shame on you, Oschad Bank. You are the dino in the modern financial system. No way Oscha Bank is #1.
